Being in business isn't easy

So I (Mark, the business owner) have just attended a half day seminar on business customer service, and have spent a bit of time lately seeking out other experts in their various fields for assistance with running the business.
What I've learnt can be described in a few points:
1. We're never going to know everything. While we all learn lots in the day to day goings on of business, we will never have the brainpower to know everything we need to know.
2. It's OK to seek out help. Sometimes we think as business owners we can do it alone but the reality is so far from the truth it isn't a joke. All business owners can assist each other.
3. Failure is OK. We weren't all destined to succeed at everything relating to running a business.
Businesses are made up of humans after all and we are mere mortals!
